INGREDIENTS:
The 300g Organic Fish Filet is made with Tilapia Fish, organic rice, organic pinto beans organic carrot , organic zucchini , organic potato , organic tomato , lemon, onion, garlic, organic parsley , sunflower oil, olive oil and pink salt.

PREPARATION:
FROZEN PRODUCT: REMOVE THE LID AND PIERCE THE CLEAR FILM. Insert in the microwave and select the defrost function for 10 minutes. Then heat it for 2 minutes.
DEFROSTED PRODUCT: REMOVE THE LID AND PIERCE THE TRANSPARENT FILM. Insert in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes.

STORAGE:
– Store the 300g Organic Fish Filet 300g frozen until use.
– After opened and thawed, consume within 12 hours.
– No product after thawing may be frozen again.
