INGREDIENTS:

The 300g Organic Chickpeas PFzinho is made with chickpeas, organic brown rice, organic black beans, organic cassava, organic tomatoes, organic carrots, organic zucchini, onions, organic parsley, organic rice flour , olive oil, pink salt, Garlic and turmeric.

PREPARATION:

FROZEN PRODUCT: REMOVE THE LID AND PIERCE THE CLEAR FILM.Insert in the microwave and select the defrost function for 10 minutes. Then heat it for 2 minutes.
DEFROSTED PRODUCT: REMOVE THE LID AND PIERCE THE TRANSPARENT FILM. Insert in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes.

CONSERVATION:

– Store the 300g Organic Chickpeas PFzinho frozen until use.
– After opened and thawed, use within 12 hours.
– No product after thawing can be frozen again
