INGREDIENTS:

The 300g Organic Spinach Omelet PFzinho is made with organic egg , organic spinach , organic rice , organic beans, organic zucchini, organic carrots , onion, pink salt, water, olive oil and sunflower oil.

PREPARATION:
FROZEN PRODUCT: REMOVE THE LID AND PIERCE THE CLEAR FILM. Insert in the microwave and select the defrost function for 10 minutes. Then heat it for 2 minutes.
DEFROSTED PRODUCT: REMOVE THE LID AND PIERCE THE TRANSPARENT FILM. Insert in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes.

CONSERVATION:

– Store the 300g Organic Spinach Omelet PFzinho frozen until use.
– After opened and defrosted, consume within 12 hours.
– No product after thawing may be frozen again.
