INGREDIENTS:
The Organic Vegan Feijoada with Rice, Farofa and Kale 300g is made with organic black beans , organic brown rice , organic broccoli , organic cassava , organic chayote , organic squash , organic carrots , organic cabbage , organic butter cabbage, water, onion, rosemary, bay leaf, cassava flour, plantains , organic parsley, garlic, seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, pink himalaia salt and ground turmeric.

PREPARATION:
FROZEN PRODUCT: REMOVE LID AND PIERCE THE CLEAR FILM. Insert in the microwave and select the defrost function for 10 minutes. Then heat it for 2 minutes.
DEFROSTED PRODUCT: REMOVE THE LID AND PIERCE THE TRANSPARENT FILM. Insert in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes.

STORAGE:
– Store the Organic Vegan Feijoada with Rice, Farofa and Kale 300g frozen until use.
– After opened and thawed, consume within 12 hours.
– No product after thawing may be frozen again.
